Spurs vs. Clippers Score: Tim Duncan, Blake Griffin Leading The Way In Game Two

Following an emotional game between the Spurs and Clippers to begin the Western Conference quarterfinals, the two teams are matched up once again on Thursday night. Despite strong play from Blake Griffin and the Clippers' bench, San Antonio leads by a score of 46-42 at the half.

Griffin leads L.A. with 11 points, although he is yet to record a rebound in 19 minutes of play. Chris Paul has been bothered by Tony Parker all game and has just two points, two assists, two rebounds and three fouls thus far. The Clippers received 18 points from their bench in the first half, six of which came from Nick Young.

Tim Duncan led all scorers with 14 points in the half. Tony Parker is having a very solid game with eight points, three assists and three rebounds. Manu Ginobili has 10 points off the bench. Boris Diaw continues to be a great success for San Antonio, scoring seven points and dishing out three assists in just 15 minutes of play.

The second half is about to get underway from San Antonio. ESPN is airing the game live.
