The Los Angeles Clippers continue their six-game road trip Sunday evening in Texas battling the Houston Rockets. This is the first game of a back-to-back set for the Clippers that will conclude in Minnesota on Monday night, a stretch that will see the Clippers play four games in five days and five games in seven days.
The Clippers (21-13) obliterated the Rockets 117-89 at Staples Center on January 4, but have lost their last two games in Houston.
To open their road trip, the Clippers had a 108-100 win in Sacramento on Thursday, then lost a close one in Phoenix 81-78 on Friday night. The Clippers are 9-8 on the road this season, but have won eight of their last 12 contests away from home.
The Rockets (21-16) have lost two straight games, and are 15-5 at home this season. Houston is 13-14 against Western Conference teams this season.
