The Los Angeles Clippers are reeling at this moment. Having lost nine of their last 14 games, the Clippers are suffering through their worst stretch of the season. However, they conclude their six-game homestand with a pair of winnable games at Staples Center over the weekend against the Houston Rockets and Detroit Pistons.
Saturday - Houston at Clippers (12:30 p.m., Prime Ticket): The Clippers have already beaten the Rockets twice this season, a 117-89 home shellacking on January 4 and a 105-103 overtime road win on March 4 in Houston. The Rockets have won three of their last four games and will have had two full days off heading into Saturday's matchup.
Sunday - Detroit at Clippers (12:30 p.m., Prime Ticket): We will know just how bad the slide has gotten for the Clippers if they are unable to beat a Pistons team that is 4-16 away from home this season. But the Clippers will be playing their sixth game in eight days on Sunday, so anything could happen.
