Clippers Vs. Nuggets: Game Time, TV Info And More

The Los Angeles Clippers look for their fifth straight win on Thursday night as they host the Denver Nuggets at Staples Center in a nationally televised game on TNT. Here are the relevant details for Thursday night's Western Conference showdown:

Records: Clippers (13-6, second place in Western Conference); Nuggets (14-7, third place in West)

Location: Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles

Time: 7:30 p.m. PST

TV: TNT, with Marv Albert and Steve Kerr on the call

Offensive Efficiency: Denver, 107.9 points per 100 possessions (second in NBA); Clippers, 107.7 (third)

Defensive Efficiency: Denver, 101.5 (12th); Clippers, 105.5 (25th)

All-Stars: The NBA will announce the starters for the 2012 NBA All-Star Game Thursday on TNT during the pregame show at 4 p.m. PST, and both Chris Paul and Blake Griffin could be named starters as both have been second at guard and forward respectively in the Western Conference at various levels of voting results this season. The Clippers have not had an All-Star starter since World B. Free in 1980, when the team was located in San Diego.

Home Sweet Home: The Clippers are 10-2 at home this season and are 26-7 in their last 33 home games dating back to last season.

Grammy Road Trip: This is the final home game for the Clippers before their annual long February road trip as the Grammy Awards take over Staples Center and LA Live. The Clippers open their trip Saturday in Washington D.C., and will travel to face six teams over 10 days. The next home game for the Clippers will be February 15 against the Washington Wizards.
