The Los Angeles Clippers look to snap their six-game losing streak at the Rose Garden on Thursday night, and if they are ever going to win in Portland tonight is the night. The Portland Trail Blazers are on the third night of a back-to-back-to-back set of games, and will will be without All-Star forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who is out with a sprained left ankle.
Aldridge was listed as day-to-day by the Blazers earlier on Thursday but head coach Nate McMillan said the forward would miss his second straight game after suffering the sprained ankle in Tuesday's home loss to Washington, according to both Chris Haynes of Comcast Sports Northwest and Jay Allen of 750 AM The Game in Portland.
With Aldridge out, here are Thursday's probable starting lineups:
Clippers (18-9)
Point Guard: Chris Paul
Shooting Guard: Randy Foye
Small Forward: Caron Butler
Power Forward: Blake Griffin
Center: DeAndre Jordan
Blazers (16-14)
Point Guard: Raymond Felton
Shooting Guard: Wesley Matthews
Small Forward: Gerald Wallace
Power Forward: Nicolas Batum
Center: Marcus Camby
