The Los Angeles Clippers got a glimpse of the current version of Blake Griffin during the Clippers' 106-94 win over the Denver Nuggets on Thursday at the Pepsi Center in Denver.
Griffin scored 25 points on 10-for-13 shooting with 11 rebounds, two steals and a block. He even hit 5-of-6 from the free throw line.
The Clippers also got 14 points off the bench from free agent signee Jamal Crawford, 16 points from Caron Butler and 11 points from Eric Bledsoe. All of this happened with Lamar Odom, Grant Hill and Chauncey Billups not playing due to various injury issues.
The Nuggets had six players in double-figures, led by 15 points off the bench from Corey Brewer. JaVale McGee added 13 points with nine rebounds off the bench.
The Clippers improved to 5-3 in the preseason, and the Nuggets fell to 3-3.
