Clippers 113, Warriors 109: Blake Griffin Flirts With Triple-Double, Hits Game Winning Triple Instead
Blake Griffin continued his amazing rookie season, flirting with a first triple-double, but instead hit the game-winning three-pointer to give the Los Angeles Clippers a 113-109 win over Golden State Warriors at Staples Center. Griffin, who had 16 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists at halftime, ended with 30 points, 18 rebounds, and eight assists, including a tie-breaking three-pointer with 45.9 seconds left.
