Clippers Vs. Kings, Probable Starters & Injury Report: Blake Griffin Day-To-Day

As the Los Angeles Clippers prepare for their final preseason game tonight at Staples Center against the Sacramento Kings, here are the probable lineups and injury report for both teams:

Kings

Point Guard: Tyreke Evans

Shooting Guard: Beno Udrih

Small Forward: Donte Greene

Power Forward: Carl Landry

Center: Jason Thompson

The Sacramento front court is rather thin, as DeMarcus Cousins is day-to-day with a strained right ankle. Center Samuel Dalembert is out for four-to-six weeks with a left adductor strain, and fellow center Hassan Whiteside is out with a left patellar tendon strain.

Clippers

Point Guard: Baron Davis

Shooting Guard: Eric Gordon

Small Forward: Ryan Gomes

Power Forward: Craig Smith

Center: Chris Kaman

Blake Griffin, who missed Sunday's game against Denver, is listed as day-to-day with a strained left ankle. Center DeAndre Jordan, who last played a week ago tonight against the San Antonio Spurs, is also day-to-day with a strained right hamstring.

Clippers' coach Vinny Del Negro is playing it safe with Griffin, wrote Lisa Dillman of the Los Angeles Times:

"Yeah, no question," Del Negro said. "I want to see where he's at and probably play it safe with Blake. I want to see how he feels. Maybe we'll get him a few minutes or not. I just don't know yet."

Griffin said he would be able to play, "without a doubt," if this were a regular-season game. He had support on his left ankle Monday for the practice session.

The Clippers open their regular season in eight days, hosting the Portland Trail Blazers on October 27.
