Angels Vs. White Sox Series Preview: TV Schedule, Probable Pitchers & More

The White Sox come to town starting on Friday. Can the Halos take the first-place Sox down a peg?

The Los Angeles Angels will host the Chicago White Sox for a three-game series beginning on Friday night. The Angels have a better record than the Sox, but are still scrapping for a Wild Card berth, while Chicago is sitting somewhat comfortably in first place in the American League Central. The Angels would like to have the White Sox feel some heat while they're at the Big A.

TV Schedule & Probable Pitchers

Friday's game will get started at 7:05 p.m. PT and will be televised on FOX Sports West. You can catch the radio broadcast on KLAA 830. Ervin Santana will get the start for the Halos and try to pick up his ninth win of the year. He'll take on Jake Peavy, who is 11-11 with a 3.26 ERA.

First pitch on Saturday will be at 6:05 p.m. PT and the game will be televised on FOX Sports West and MLB Network. You can catch the radio broadcast on KLAA 830. Dan Haren will be attempting to climb back over .500 and earn his 12th win of the season. He faces Jose Quintana, who enters the game with a 6-4 record and 3.69 ERA.

Sunday's finale will begin at 12:35 p.m. PT and will be televised on FOX Sports West. You can catch the radio broadcast on KLAA 830. The Halos will send their ace to the mound in the finale. Jered Weaver will be gunning for his 19th win of the season. He'll have to do it against Gavin Floyd, currently 10-10 with a 4.50 ERA.
