Angels Vs. Orioles Final Score: Halos Shut Out Baltimore Again 6-0 To Capture Series

The Los Angeles Angels managed to take three out of four games from the Baltimore Orioles to wrap up their first half and head into the All-Star break. The Halos captured the final game of the series on Sunday as Brad Mills and the Los Angeles bullpen shut out the O's for the second straight game by a final score of 6-0.

The Angels picked up a run in the bottom of the second inning on a two-out Erick Aybar home run, then tacked on another three runs in the bottom of the third, courtesy of Mike Trout's 12th home run of the year and the 14th round-tripper from Albert Pujols.

Maicer Izturis hit an RBI single in the bottom of the fourth to make it 5-0 and then Mark Trumbo added the exclamation mark in the fifth with his 22nd home run to tack on one last run.

Mills held the Orioles to just three hits and no walks in five innings, while striking out six Baltimore batters. The Angels bullpen allowed just two more hits and two walks the rest of the way.
