The Los Angeles Angels have been eliminated from the playoffs and will now conclude their season with two final games against the Seattle Mariners. Their first pitch Tuesday will be at 7:10 p.m. PT and there will be no local telecast, although you should be able to listen to the radio broadcast on KLAA 830.
The Angels will probably send Dan Haren to the mound for his final start of the year. Haren is 12-12 and will look to prevent ending the season with a losing record. His opponent will be Hisashi Iwakuma, who is 8-5 with a 3.32 ERA. Haren has performed well down the stretch, putting up a 4-2 record while only conceding ten runs in his last six innings. Iwakuma rode back-to-back wins, giving up four runs on 15 hits while conceding no walks through 15 innings of actual work, and he has been one of the team's best performers down the stretch.
