Angels Vs. Blue Jays: Halos Open Four-Game Series In Toronto

Angels shortstop Erick Aybar was named co-Player of the Week in the American League, hitting .455/.520/1.045 with eight runs scored in six games.

The Los Angeles Angels look to build on Sunday's offensive surge as they open a four-game series Monday night against the Toronto Blue Jays at Rogers Centre. Jerome Williams gets the start for the Halos, looking for his fourth win in five starts. Ricky Romero starts for the Blue Jays.

Aybar had a career day on Sunday in Baltimore, hitting two home runs and two doubles, and matching Tim Salmon for the Angels franchise record with five runs scored. Aybar has 14 hits in his last 27 at-bats.
