Ervin Santana Looks To Get Angels Back On Track In Series Finale In Seattle

Santana is 7-1 with a 2.19 ERA in his last 12 starts, and has three complete games during that span.

The Los Angeles Angels look for a win Thursday night in their series finale with the Seattle Mariners at Safeco Field. They turn to Ervin Santana, who is looking for his fifth straight road win. Charlie Furbush starts for Seattle. Santana is 7-1 with a 2.19 ERA in his last 12 starts, and has three complete games during that span. He is 1-1 with a 2.45 ERA in three starts against the Mariners this season.

Before tonight's game, the Angels purchased the contract of first baseman Efren Navarro, and recalled outfielder Jeremy Moore, pitcher Horacio Ramirez and infielder Andrew Romine. Navarro was added to the 40-man roster, and both he and Moore will be making their major league debuts at some point in September.
