Angels Can't Reach Agreement, Exchange Salary Figures With Jered Weaver, Mike Napoli
The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have signed six of their eight players eligible for salary arbitration in the last few days, but were unable to come to a contract agreement with a pair of players on Tuesday. Today was the deadline to exchange salaries for players headed to arbitration, and Jered Weaver and Mike Napoli each exchanged figures with the Angels, per Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times.

Angels Sign Howie Kendrick And Reggie Willits, Avoid Arbitration
The Angels reached 2011 contract agreements with both Howie Kendrick and Reggie Willits, avoiding arbitration, according to Mark Saxon of ESPN Los Angeles. That brings the total number of deals reached today to four for the Halos. The club earlier today signed both Kendry Morales and Erick Aybar. Financial terms for Kendrick and Willits are not yet known.

Angels Sign Kendry Morales, Erick Aybar, Avoiding Salary Arbitration
Today is the day in which players and clubs exchange figures for salary arbitration, and the Angels had six players file for arbitration last Friday. The have come to an agreement with two of those players, shortstop Erick Aybar and first baseman Kendry Morales, avoiding arbitration, according to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports. Aybar signed for $3 million, while Morales inked a one-year deal for $2.975 million.

The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim continued their signing of arbitration-eligible players, inking catcher Jeff Mathis to a one-year contract today, avoiding salary arbitration. The contract for Mathis is worth $1.7 million.
