The Los Angeles Galaxy face the Houston Dyanmo for the MLS Cup on Saturday, a rematch of the 2011 championship game. That went to the Galaxy, 1-0, and a repeat victory would be a fitting end to David Beckham's career with Los Angeles.
Beckham may be making his last grab of the headlines, but it was Landon Donovan who secured the victory for Los Angeles in 2011. He'll be a big part of the Galaxy's attack, working with Robby Keane to put one past Houston keeper Tally Hall.
Houston's best shot at a different result will come from containing the LA counter-attack and minimizing the contributions of Todd Dunivant and Sean Franklin for Los Angeles. Houston will also be relying on Will Bruin to lead the offensive effort. Bruin lead the team in the regular season with 12 goals, and has another four in the playoffs.
