The Los Angeles Galaxy are a bit beat up as they head to Seattle to try and close out the Western Conference Finals and advance to second consecutive MLS Cup.

The Galaxy took the home leg of the series 3-0 on Sunday, but did so with forward Edson Buddle and the early exodus of midfielder Juninho due to injury.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Landon Donovan tried to play through leg injuries that caused him to miss four games this season. He came out of the first leg with reported hamstring tightness. Donovan practiced on Friday for the first time this week.

"If you had asked me on Sunday, I would have said there's very little chance. But now I'm a lot more optimistic," he said. "We're going to take it day by day, see how it goes. The hope is Sunday I'll be able to go.

Buddle still remains questionable with inflammation in his left foot and Juninho is still dealing with an Achilles injury. Head coach Bruce Arenas said he expects Juninho to be available for the game on Sunday.

Both David Beckham and Robbie Keane were battling flu-like symptoms after Friday's practice but Arenas also expects them both to be ready on Saturday.

If neither Juninho or Donovan is able to play on Sunday, Arenas will likely start Marcelos Sarva, Christian Wilhelmsson, Beckham or Mike Magee in their place.
