UCLA is favored slightly over Baylor for their Holiday Bowl matchup Thursday night. The Bruins are a one-point favorite on some sites, while others have the game at even odds. (via Odds Shark)
The line opened as even for the game between the No. 17 Bruins (9-4) and Bears (7-5), but has since moved slightly in the favor of UCLA on most sites -- including Bovada, Just Bet, Bet Online, Top Bet, Sportsbook.com and SBG Global -- with equal -110 moneylines for each team. The over-under is around 80.5 after opening at 74.5, a sign the public is expecting a high-scoring game.
UCLA is looking to avoid ending the season on a three-game skid while Baylor and its high-powered offense (putting up a nation-best 578.8 yards per game) won its final three games, including one of the season's biggest upsets -- a 52-24 win over then-BCS No. 1 Kansas State on Nov. 17.
The Holiday Bowl kicks off Thursday night from San Diego's Qualcomm Stadium at 6:45 p.m. PT. The game will be televised by ESPN.
