After a bit of a slow start, the Cal State Fullerton Titans rolled to a 106-60 victory against San Diego Christian on Friday.
The Titans never trailed in the game, but didn't begin to pull away until roughly seven minutes to play in the first half. After San Diego Christian's Garrett Elwood cut the Titan's lead to 36-29, Cal State Fullerton closed the half on a 20-3 run to take a 56-32 halftime lead.
The second half was more of the same as the Titans outscored the Hawks 50-28. By scoring 106 points, the Titans eclipsed the 100-point mark for the second time this season. They have now scored at least 93 points in each of their last three games.
The Titans used a well balanced attack as seven different players scored at least 10 points. Cal State Fullerton's five starters combined to score 73 points, led by Jared Brandon who scored 16. After winning three straight games at home, the Titans will go back on the road to face Eastern Washington.
