Ducks Vs. Flames: Anaheim Looks For Fourth Straight Win

The Ducks won all four meetings last season against the Flames.

The Anaheim Ducks look for their fourth straight win Thursday night as they open a three-game road trip against the Calgary Flames at Scotiabank Saddledome. The Ducks' offense came alive at the end of their homestand, with three straight wins, all by two goals or more, outscoring their opponents 16-8 during that span.

Now they turn to the road, where Anaheim has struggled mightily this season. Their win on December 26 in San Jose snapped a 13-game road losing streak for the Ducks, who are 3-10-5 away from home this season.

Corey Perry, who had a hat trick in the Ducks' win over Columbus on Sunday, was named to the NHL All-Star Game on Thursday, the third such honor in Perry's career. This is the first meeting between the two teams this season. The Ducks won all four meetings last season against the Flames.

Thursday night's 6:30 p.m. PST game will be televised by Prime Ticket. For more news and information on Ducks hockey, be sure to read Anaheim Calling.
