The Anaheim Ducks are in desperate need of wins. The team has lost a season-high seven straight games, but it doesn't end there. Anaheim has also lost 13 of their last 14 games and 16 of their last 18, and are a mere one point out of rock bottom in the NHL. The Ducks have to hope home cooking gets them back on track, as they continue their six-game homestand this week.
The Ducks have four games left on their current residency, including three this week. On Wednesday, the Ducks welcome the Montreal Canadiens to Honda Center. It will be a battle of well-rested teams, as Montreal last played on Saturday and will have three days rest before Wednesday, with the Ducks on two days rest.
On Friday, Claude Giroux and the Philadelphia Flyers come to town with their 7-3-1 road record. The Ducks close out their week with a Sunday battle against the Minnesota Wild, one of five different teams the Ducks have beaten this season.
All three Ducks games this week will be televised by Prime Ticket.
