Los Angeles Clippers fans hoping to acquire Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett before the trade deadline will be sorely disappointed according to ESPN.com's Marc Stein. After spending time around Garnett on All-Star weekend, Stein reported on Tuesday morning he "became convinced that KG isn't waiving that no-trade clause."

Most trade rumors involving Garnett centered on the Celtics acquiring guard Eric Bledsoe and center DeAndre Jordan, however Stein also reported that according to a source, the Clippers wouldn't be willing to part with both young players. CBS Sports' Ken Berger reported on Tuesday that the Clippers are looking to hold onto Bledsoe on the off-chance that Chris Paul does not re-sign as a free agent in the offseason. Bledsoe is currently Paul's backup.
If the Clippers do decide to move Bledsoe, one possibility besides Boston could be Utah. Stein and Ramona Shelburne reported on Tuesday on ESPN.com that there is "a mutual interest" between the two clubs for a deal featuring Bledsoe for Jazz forward Paul Millsap.
