2012 London Olympics: Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook Win 2 Of UCLA Bruins' 6 Gold Medals

UCLA's medal haul at the 2012 London Olympics was as many as the entire nations of Jamaica, Iran and Belarus -- 12 medals total. It would have tied the Bruin Nation for 20th in the overall medal standings per country.

Not bad for a single college campus. Six of the Bruins 12 medals were gold, and two of those went to former UCLA basketball players Kevin Love and Russell Westbrook.

Love and Westbrook came off the bench for Team USA in all eight games at the Olympics and were key contributors in the Americans' run toward another gold medal. Love, a power forward for the Minnesota Timberwolves, averaged 11.6 points and a team-high 7.6 rebounds per game in only 17 minutes of action per game. He ripped down 27 offensive boards and hit 8 of 22 3-point shots.

Westbrook, an Oklahoma City Thunder guard, averaged 8.5 points per game in 13.8 minutes.
