PGA Championship Leaderboard 2012 Update: Tiger Woods Struggles As Play Suspended In Round 3

Round 3 of the 2012 PGA Championship has been suspended midway through due to thunderstorms. Prior to that development, Vijay Singh was holding on to the lead with which he started the day, while Tiger Woods struggled and slid to a tie for 11th. Carl Pettersson, who also opend the day tied for the lead with Tiger and Singh, was shooting an even par through eight holes, staying well within sight of Singh.

Singh didn't have sole posession of the lead, as Rory McIlroy shot 4-under on the front nine to move into a tie with Singh. Both men were 6-under overall. Bo Van Pelt was also doing some serious climbing. He finished his round with a score of 67, good enough to place him at 3-under and in fifth place, 19 places up the leaderboard from where he started the day.

It is unclear if play will resume on Saturday, but whenever things start back up there's plenty of golf left to play. For a live leaderboard, visit Golf.com.
