Team USA earned a silver medal in the men's 4x100m relay event, coming in just .2 seconds behind first place finishers Jamaica. Jamaica finished with a time of 36.84 seconds, a new world record in the event. Just behind them was the United States, setting a new national record with a time of 37.04 seconds. Trinidad and Tobago round out the podium with the bronze medal, finishing with a time of 38.12 seconds.
