Angels Vs. Mariners Final Score: Halos Manage Big 6-5 Win Against Felix Hernandez

The Los Angeles Angels managed to pick up a big win on Friday night against the Seattle Mariners. They were able to eliminate a 5-0 deficit and wind up with a 6-5 walk-off win against Felix Hernandez thanks to -- who else? -- Mike Trout.

The Mariners jumped out to a big early lead after scoring five runs in the third inning. All five runs came on two Seattle home runs; a two-run shot from Dustin Ackley and a three-run shot from John Jaso.

Mike Trout got the Angels right back in the game in the bottom of the third, blasting a three-run homer to left-center field to cut the lead to 5-3. It was Trout's 21st homer of the season. In the fifth, Trout tied things up with a two-run sacrifice fly.

The Angels loaded the bases in the bottom of the ninth and scored the walk-off win when Seattle reliever Josh Kinney threw a wild pitch that allowed Peter Bourjos to score.

Trout was only 1-for-3 in the game but would up with a whopping five RBI. Without Trout, the Angels would have had no chance in this one.
