2012 Tour de France, Stage 2: TV Coverage, Online Streaming Information, Route And More

The 2012 Tour de France continues Monday with Stage 2, a 207.5km run from Visé to Tournai. With a long, flat stage and a wide, straight finish, this is the prefect stage for a wild bunch sprint. Mark Cavendish (Sky) has long been the favorite in sprints, and this year Peter Sagan (Liquigas-Cannondale) is the newest man to step up and challenge Cav. Their teams will be battling it out with everyone else on the way to the finish, hoping to get into perfect position.

The General Classification standings are unlikely to move much on Monday, with overall leader Fabian Cancellara and his Radioshack-Nissan teammates likely to chase down anyone who might make a move for the yellow jersey. Other teams with GC contenders will likely play it safe, looking to get their captains through the stage without crashes or any other trouble.

Television Coverage: NBC Sports Network beginning at 5 a.m. PDT.

Online Streaming: Streaming coverage available via NBC Sports
