The No. 2 ranked UCLA Bruins will look to advance to their second College World Series in three years as they host the TCU Horned Frogs in a best-of-three weekend series in the Los Angeles Super Regional round of the 2012 NCAA Baseball Tournament. The Bruins have won seven straight games and 14 of their last 15 contests.
Here is a look at the weekend schedule for the Los Angeles Super Regional, with all games at Jackie Robinson Stadium, which will be televised by the ESPN Family of Networks:
- Game 1 - Friday, 6 p.m. PDT (ESPN): Sophomore Adam Plutko (10-3, 2.56 ERA) gets the start for UCLA, facing TCU freshman left-hander Brandon Finnegan (4-4, 3.30 ERA).
- Game 2 - Saturday, 6 p.m. PDT (ESPN2): Sophomore Nick Vander Tuig (9-3, 4.53) starts for UCLA, against a yet-to-be-determined starter for TCU

This is the second postseason meeting in the last three years between these two schools. UCLA beat TCU two games to one in 2010.
