The third round of the 2012 U.S. Open will tee off on Saturday afternoon from the Olympic Club in San Francisco. Tiger Woods is one of three golfers tied atop the leaderboard at 1-under, more or less ensuring that the second Grand Slam event of the year will have plenty of eyeballs tuning in to watch over the next two days. If you're wondering when the coverage begins on Saturday, you're in luck; I'm about to tell you.
NBC will broadcast six hours of round-three coverage Saturday, beginning at 12:00 p.m. PT with "Live from the U.S. Open," a pregame show sure to be full of in-depth analysis. Live third-round coverage will begin at 1:00 p.m. PT.
In addition to the television broadcast, fans will also be able to watch some of the action online via a stream at USOpen.com. A live stream of the eighth and 18th holes will be available from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT.
Radio coverage will begin at 4 p.m. ET and is available online and on select smartphones. Fans can also find the full 2012 U.S. Open leaderboard and follow live scoring at USOpen.com.
