Tiger Woods, Jim Furyk and David Toms. These three world-class golfers share a common score at the top of the leaderboard in the 2012 U.S. Open. Entering the third round on Saturday, all three men sit at 1-under. They are only golfers to be under par after two days of play on the diabolical Olympic Club course in San Francisco.
UCLA sophomore Patrick Cantlay is still in the running, having made the cut as an amateur, but predictably is not one of the oddsmakers' favorites to win the tournament. Woods, who entered the tournament as the betting favorite to win, remains in that spot after two full rounds as he guns for his record-tying fourth career win in the U.S. Open.
Here are the current top odds on who will win the 2012 U.S. Open:
Tiger Woods - 5/4
Jim Furyk - 5/1
David Toms - 10/1
Graeme McDowell - 14/1
Nicolas Colsaerts - 25/1
Matt Kuchar - 22/1
Jason Dufner - 33/1
Hunter Mahan - 28/1
Charl Schwartzel - 33/1
Lee Westwood - 33/1
K.J. Choi - 40/1
Justin Rose - 50/1
