NASCAR At Pocono 2012: Joey Logano Wins, Kevin Harvick Finishes 14th

We had a great race at Pocono this afternoon and saw numerous lead changes in the final laps. Despite strong showings from Denny Hamlin, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Tony Stewart, it was Joey Logano and the No. 20 car taking home the title. Logano started on the pole position on Sunday and led 48 of the 160 laps, most of any driver.

Mark Martin finished second, Stewart placed third, Jimmy Johnson fourth and Hamlin fifth. Clint Bowyer, Matt Kenseth, Earnhardt Jr., Paul Menard and Jamie McMurray all rounded out the top-10. Kevin Harvick, who is from the Los Angeles area, finished in 14th place. He did not lead at any time on Sunday.

Among the more notable drivers: Carl Edwards placed 11th, Jeff Gordon dropped to 19th and Greg Biffle ended his day in 24th despite leading nearly 20 rounds of the race. Kasey Khane was forced to exit early and only completed 139 laps.
