The UCLA Bruins baseball team rose in the latest round of rankings on Monday. In the USA Today/ESPN Top 25 Coaches' poll, the Bruins returned to the top ten at No. 7, up from their No. 11 ranking last week.

UCLA (24-8, 10-5 Pac-12) won three of its four games last week with a win over No. 18 Cal State Fullerton and two out of three wins over the Arizona Wildcats this past weekend. The Bruins' series win over Arizona, put the team in a tie for first place in the Pac-12 with the Wildcats and the Oregon Ducks — all three teams currently hold a 10-5 conference record.

No. 18 Cal State Fullerton (23-12, 7-2 Big West) went 2-2 last week, dropping one game to UCLA and taking two of three games against UC Irvine. The Titans are currently tied for first place in the Big West with Long Beach State.
