Kevin Pangos scored 30 points and dished out four assists to lead the No. 2 seed Gonzaga Bulldogs over the No. 3 BYU Cougars 77-58 on Saturday night in the semifinals of the West Coast Conference Tournament at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
Brandon Davies scored 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting to lead BYU in defeat. The Cougars (25-8) shot just 37.7% on the night.
The Bulldogs (25-5) advance to face the No. 1 seed Saint Mary's Gaels in the tournament final Monday night at 6 p.m. PST on ESPN. Sunday is an off day for the tournament, but let's recap the first four days of WCC basketball in Las Vegas, which has seen the higher seed win six of seven games:
