Series History: The two schools have met five times in the WCC Tournament, with San Francisco winning four of the five games. The Lions won 77-76 in San Francisco in overtime on December 31, then overcame a 19-point deficit to win 90-88 at Gersten Pavilion in Los Angeles on February 4.
