UCLA Bruins, USC Trojans To Play In Dodgertown Classic On March 13

The field for the third annual Dodgertown Classic was announced on Tuesday. The UCLA Bruins, ranked No. 14 in Baseball America's preseason poll, will battle the USC Trojans at Dodger Stadium for the third consecutive season, on Tuesday, March 13. The game will be preceded by a battle between UC Irvine and Pepperdine.

The Anteaters and Waves will play at 2 p.m., followed by the Bruins and Trojans at 6:30 p.m. PST. Dodger Stadiium gates will open at 1 p.m.

Tickets are $7 if bought in advance ($12 on the day of the game), and are good for both games. Students of the four schools can purchase tickets at their school for $5. Parking at Dodger Stadium is free.

UCLA and USC have played one another in each of the three years of the Dodgertown Classic, which counts toward the seasonal records but not the Pac-12 standings. In 2011, Georgia and Saint Mary's played in the other game, and in 2010 Oklahoma State and Vanderbilt came to Los Angeles.
