Casper Ware had a record-setitng week last week for the Long Beach State 49ers, and on Monday the senior point guard was honored, again. Ware was named the Big West Conference player of the week for the fourth time this season after leading Long Beach State (19-6, 12-0) to road wins over the Pacific Tigers and UC Davis Aggies.

This is the fourth time this season Ware has captured the conference player of the week, as he also took home the honors on November 21, December 12, and January 23. Larry Anderson has won the honor twice this year and T.J. Robinson has done so once, giving Long Beach State seven of the 14 weekly awards so far this season.

Ware and the 49ers travel to Nebraska on Saturday to face Creighton in a Bracket Buster game on ESPN2.
