USC wide receiver Marqise Lee finished fourth in the 2012 Heisman Trophy ballotting.
Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel won the 2012 Heisman award ahead of Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o and Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein. Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller finished fifth.
Lee led the nation with 112 receptions for 1680 yards and 14 touchdowns, including a 345-yard performance against Arizona on Oct. 27. Lee went over the 100-yard mark in 8 of 12 games this season.
Manziel won the award with 474 first place votes. Second place finisher Manti Te'o had 321 first place votes and Collin Klein had 60. Lee received 19 first place votes. Lee won the 2012 Biletnikoff Award on Friday, given to the nation's top receiver.
Lee and USC opened the 2012 season as the nation's top-ranked team, but struggled throughout the season, losing five games and finishing with a 7-5 record. The Trojans will wrap up the season against Georgia Tech in the Hyundai Sun Bowl.
