The UCLA Bruins open up their season against the Indiana State Sycamores on Nov. 9.
It has now been announced that the game will be played in front of a sold out crowd in the first-ever contest at the new Pauley Pavilion, according to the school's website.
"We are ecstatic to announce a sellout for tomorrow's UCLA men's basketball game, the first in New Pauley Pavilion," said UCLA Athletic Director Dan Guerrero.
The revamped arena is comprised of 13,800 seats and will pay homage to the incredible history of the program throughout the building. Of course the actual stadium is still the same one, but it's been given a new look with $136 million in renovations.
"This event is more than just a game; it's a celebration for the building, our athletic program and the entire UCLA campus. Thank you to all the Bruin fans for your loyal support of the program. The evening is certain to be a very special occasion," Guerrero said.
The doors will open for the game at 6:30 p.m. PT.
