Despite the 39-36 loss to the Arizona Wildcats that dropped the USC Trojans to No. 17 in the BCS rankings, there was one very bright spot for the Trojans.
USC WR Marqise Lee (@teamlee1) was named the @pac12 Offensive Player of the Week for his record-setting performance.

It's a well deserved award for the sophomore receiver. Lee racked up 345 yards of receiving, a conference record and fifth highest mark in NCAA history. He also finished the game with 469 all-purpose yards, the second highest total in NCAA history. But he wasn't picking the yards up a handful at a time. Lee caught six passes for 28 yards or more on the afternoon. He finished the first half against Arizona with 255 receiving yards.
Lee is leading the Pac-12 in receiving yards per game with 141.1 per contest which is also good for second in the FBS. His receptions per game figure of 9.5 is also good for third in the FBS.
Lee and the No. 17 Trojans face a big test in Los Angeles this weekend when they take on the unbeaten No. 4 Oregon Ducks.
