USC's slim hopes of remaining in contention for a national title run were officially dashed on Saturday after the Arizona Wildcats pulled off a 39-36 upset win.

The Trojans were unable to capitalize on wide receiver Marqise Lee's historic day, as he finished with 345 yards and two touchdowns on 16 receptions.

As a result of the loss, USC slipped to No. 17 in the latest USA Today Coaches Poll. Oregon remains at the No. 2 spot in the rankings, tops in the Pac-12. Oregon State fell to No. 13 following their loss to Washington and Stanford sits at No. 15.
