The USC Trojans will have a former basketball alum analyzing the team's college basketball games this season on the radio. Brandon Granville will be breaking down games for USC basketball on ESPN 710 for the 2012-13 season.
Granville is probably most famous for leading USC basketball to the Elite 8 in the 2001 season. The Trojans would beat Hofstra, then upset Boston College in the Round of 32 and slightly edge Kentucky in the Sweet 16 before falling to Duke in the Elite 8.
He holds plenty of distinctions for USC basketball, playing in 124 games, and was a four-year starting point guard, joining Jacque Hill. Granville is first in assists, three-pointers, steals, and minutes while ranking in the top 10 in points.
He was named All Pac-10 Honorable Mention his senior season and was on the All-Tournament Team. He also had the distinction of hitting 34 free throws in a row at one point during his senior campaign.
