In the last week of the season, all bets are off as NFL playoff scenarios dictate the broadcast order. The NFL can change start times of just about any game, and Sunday Night Football is free to chose any game they please. CBS is putting the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos in the limelight, while Fox is choosing to focus on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. the Atlanta Falcons.
↵The NFL prefers to highlight games where winning clinches a playoff spot. The Denver Broncos are AFC West champs with a win, but can also be helped out by a Charger win over the Oakland Raiders. Five of the NFC playoff spots are already decided, and Sunday Night Football took the only "win and you're in" game from the NFC off the Fox slate. The Dallas Cowboys win the NFC East with a win, and the same goes for the New York Giants.
