The L.A. Galaxy are inviting fans to celebrate their second consecutive MLS Cup Championship with them on Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. PT at the Home Depot Center tennis stadium. The gates will open at 6 p.m.
It is free to go and fans do not need tickets to attend. Parking is also free and food and drinks will be served as cheap as $2 beers and $1 hot dogs and popcorn.
Fans will be able to take a photo with the MLS Cup trophy and will see select members of the team and coaching staff.
The Galaxy defeated the Houston Dynamo, 3-1, on Dec. 1 at The Home Depot Center for their championship behind goals from Omar Gonzalez, Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane. The Galaxy became just the second team in MLS history (D.C. United) to win four league titles and the third to win back-to-back. Gonzalez was named MVP of the game.
