It's not just the end of the NFL lockout that has people ready for football. College football is right around the corner, and Tuesday is Pac-12 media day in Los Angeles. After 34 years as a 10-team league, the conference added Colorado and Utah, and as a result 2012 will be the first year of divisions. USC was picked to win the Pac-12 South in the preseason media poll, released today:

Pac-12 North
Oregon was picked to win the Pac-12 title game (28 votes), with Stanford receiving 11 votes, and ASU three. USC is ineligible to play any postseason games in 2011, its final year of probation stemming from the Reggie Bush violations.
