Angels Vs. Rays: Dan Haren Starts As Angels Go For Two-Game Sweep

The Los Angeles Angels look for their second straight win at Tropicana Field this morning in an early start against the Tampa Bay Rays. Today is the final game of the six-game road trip for the Angels, who play their home opener against Toronto on Friday. Today's 10:10 a.m. PDT start will be televised on Fox Sports West.

Dan Haren gets the start for the Angels. Haren allowed one run in seven innings on Friday in Kansas City, but got a no-decision in a game the Angels would eventually lose in the ninth inning. Haren has made 15 starts as an Angel, and the club has scored more than four runs for him just once.

Jeremy Hellickson starts for the Rays, making his first start of the season. Hellickson made 10 appearances last season, including four starts, and was 4-0 with a 3.47 ERA. He was voted by Baseball America as the No. 6 prospect in baseball entering this season.
