Angels Vs. Red Sox: Ervin Santana Looks To Halt Halos Two-Game Skid

The Los Angeles Angels have dropped the first two games of their series with the Boston Red Sox, but look to get back on track with a win Saturday night in Anaheim. The Angels have lost five straight home games to Boston. Ervin Santana gets the start tonight for the Angels, looking for his first win of the season. Daisuke Matsuzaka starts on the mound for the Red Sox.

Santana gave up three runs in each of his first three starts of the season, but was roughed up for six runs in four innings on Monday in Texas. In eight career starts against the Red Sox, Santana is 2-2 with a 4.31 ERA. Matsuzaka is 1-2 with a 6.43 ERA this season, though he won his last start, allowing just one hit while pitching seven scoreless innings on Patriots Day in Boston.
