NFL TV Schedule Week 12: Raiders Vs. Bears Headlines

The AFC West has become a bit of a tragic tale, with all four teams having difficulty with the NFC North part of their schedule. The West-leading Oakland Raiders feature in the late game on Fox, playing host to the Chicago Bears, the highlight of the NFL week 12 television schedule. The Chargers managed to sell enough tickets to lift the blackout, so CBS will be able to broadcast the battle for second place in the AFC West. With both broadcasters sending their best crew to cover Thanksgiving games, it's a bit of a B weekend. CBS has the doubleheader this week.

CBS chose to protect New England at Philadelphia from Flex Scheduling, but the map is split almost 50/40 across the country. On Tuesday, the Chargers still had 3,400 tickets to sell to lift the local blackout, but were able to meet that by the Thursday afternoon deadline.

Fox protected this game from flex scheduling, but non-doubleheader days make the map look like a spilled box of crayons. It's mostly a regional broadcast, with a few random cities picking the game up. NBC didn't use flex scheduling this week, sticking with a pretty good matchup.
