The highlight of the NFL Week 10 schedule is an NFC matchup between the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers, which is the late game on Fox television in Los Angeles Sunday afternoon. Last week my picks were awful (I was 5-9 against the spread), so what better way to wash that bad taste out of my mouth than with a new week of picks? Here are my picks for NFL Week 10, with odds courtesy of Odds Shark:
Sunday Early Games
New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons (+1): This is the early game on Fox, and it is for supremacy in the NFC South. Matt Ryan and the Falcons have won three straight games, and I'll take them at home.
Tennessee Titans (+3½) at Carolina Panthers
Pittsburgh Steelers (-3) at Cincinnati Bengals
St. Louis Rams (+3) at Cleveland Browns
Buffalo Bills at Dallas Cowboys (-5½): This game is on CBS in Los Angeles, and while the Bills at 5-3 have had a nice season, their defense leaves a bit to be desired. I'll take the desperate 4-4 Cowboys at home in Dallas to keep their faint playoff hopes alive.
Jacksonville Jaguars (-3) at Indianapolis Colts
Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs (-3½)
Washington Redskins (+4) at Miami Dolphins
Philadelphia Eagles (-15) at Arizona Cardinals
Houston Texans (-3½) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Sunday Late Games
Baltimore Ravens (-7) at Seattle Seahawks
Detroit Lions at Chicago Bears (-3)
New York Giants (+3½) at San Francisco 49ers: The only televised late game in L.A., on Fox, is a great battle of NFC playoff teams. This game could end up being the tiebreaker for the number two seed and a bye in the NFC playoffs.
Sunday Night Game
New England Patriots at New York Jets (-1): The battle for control in the AFC East, on NBC
Monday Night Game
Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers (-14): Look for the Packers to go 9-0 with an easy win at home on ESPN.
