Week 10 is the start of two new hitches in the NFL TV schedule. It's the first week of Thursday games on NFL Network and it's the first week of flex scheduling. NBC's Sunday Night Football has the right to pull games from the other networks if their game is uncompetitive. The networks also have the right to protect one matchup per week.
↵The Oakland Raiders beat the San Diego Chargers on Thursday night football, kicking off the week. Fox has the doubleheader, and they chose to protect their matchup between the Saints and Falcons.
↵Fox: Early: New Orleans Saints @ Atlanta Falcons
↵Fox: Late: New York Giants @ San Francisco 49ers
↵CBS has quite the fractured map this week, with AFC teams on the road in several NFC venues. Dallas, Tampa Bay, Carolina, and Seattle are all hosting AFC teams this week. CBS has to squeeze in six early games, with Buffalo @ Dallas designated the premier game.
↵CBS: Early: Buffalo Bills @ Dallas Cowboys
↵So it's premier games up and down for LA this week with the Chargers and Raiders playing on Thursday. That means LA viewers get Jim Nantz, Kenny Albert, and Joe Buck all on the same day. SNF is a solid matchup, so not too much worry about flex scheduling.
↵NBC: SNF: New England Patriots @ New York Jets
↵Then on Monday night
↵ESPN: MNF: Minnesota Vikings @ Green Bay Packers
