Clippers Travel To Face Warriors Looking For Fourth Straight Win

The Los Angeles Clippers, fresh off their defining win of the season, look to extend their winning streak Friday night as they travel to Oakland to face the Golden State Warriors at Oracle Arena. The Clippers have won three straight games, including a convincing 105-91 victory over the Warriors on Sunday in Los Angeles. The Clippers have won eight of their last 11 games overall.

In the Clippers last 15 games, the formula has been simple. When they score 100 points, they win. When the don't, they lose. In those 15 games, the Clippers are 8-0 when scoring 100 and 0-7 in the other seven games. Scoring 100 points against the Warriors shouldn't be a problem, as Golden State plays at the fourth fastest pace in the NBA and is 27th in the league in points allowed, at 106.1 points per contest.

The two teams met earlier this season in Oakland, with the Warriors prevailing 109-91 on October 29. Golden State has beaten the Clippers nine of their last 10 meetings in Oakland. Baron Davis is coming off his finest game of the season, scoring 21 points and collecting nine assists against the Heat on Wednesday. Davis has averaged 17.7 points and 9.3 assists during the three-game winning streak.
