Kings Set To Face Coyotes In Rare Split Squad Home-And-Home

The Los Angeles Kings and Phoenix Coyotes are doing something unique tonight, as they are playing two games, at nearly the same time, in two different arenas. At 7 p.m., split squads from both the Kings and Coyotes will begin at Jobing.com arena in Glendale, Arizona. Thirty minutes later, the rest of each squad will face off at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The Kings won their preseason opener last night, 4-2 against the Colorado Avalanche in Denver. The Coyotes won their preseason opener Tuesday night in Anaheim, 4-1 over the Ducks.
